- Professionals accredited to the level of IGBC AP/LEED AP/ WELL AP/GRIHA CP/TRUE Advisor/Edge Expert are preferred
- Minimum 4 years work experience in the Green Building Certification and Compliance

We are building a centre of excellence for built environment; a team of people passionate about environmental design, building physics, data analytics, and sustainability. We are looking for candidates with engineering, architecture or building science backgrounds from graduate level through to experienced industry professionals to join our team. This is a position for someone who can synergistically work with our in-house MEPF team to achieve the highest sustainability performance for buildings across sectors. This is an excellent opportunity for an architect/engineer to join our team to work on some of the most exciting sustainability design projects. Working under the guidance and supervision of more experienced staff you will assist in the development of energy and sustainable strategies for both new and existing buildings
Your Key Responsibilities :
- Perform building performance simulation software such as IES VE/Design Builder/Rhino + Grasshopper Tools/eQuest
- Use Indian building codes and standards during building design
- Perform energy modelling as per ASHRAE 90.1-2010/2013 and ECBC – 2017
- Undertake daylight performance and glare simulation as per IGBC, GRIHA, LEED and WELL Building Standard
- Carry out thermal comfort simulation as per ASHRAE Std. 55 and NBC
- Microclimate analysis to assist in building massing
- Optimisation and sensitivity analysis of various building performance variables
- Prepare documentation requirement and evidence gathering for all green building and health & wellbeing certification schemes
- Creating ESG roadmap and implementation strategies
- Simulation and feasibility of various renewable and low carbon technologies
- Ability to develop roadmap for net zero operational design
- Liaising with key project stakeholders to develop their sustainability strategies
- Identifying sustainability risks and appropriate mitigation measures whilst highlighting any opportunities to increase the organisation’s sustainability credentials
- Undertaking gap analysis for various green building and health & wellbeing certification schemes to identify most sustainable pathway
- Cost benefit analysis of various green building and health & wellbeing certification schemes
- Deep dive into multidisciplinary aspects and come up with sustainable solutions
- Perform site audits
- Carry out whole building life cycle assessment in one click LCA
- Prepare GHG inventory and GHG mitigation measures
