Qualification
- BE / B.Tech in mechanical or civil engineering
- Minimum 3-4 years of work experience in the MEPF industry

We are building a centre of excellence for the built
environment; a team of people passionate about environmental design, building
physics, data analytics, and sustainability. This role involves technical
assistance for public health and fire protection design for all building
typologies.
Job Description
- Undertake independent PHE & FF design as per local and international standards.
- Water supply Calculations, STP, OWC, Rain water harvesting, Pump head calculations
- Understand and apply NBC, IS, NFPA and other local and international code.
- PHE & FF Project space planning, concept, schematic, detail designing.
- Preparation of Design Basis Report.
- Preparation of Tender documents, BOQ, measurement sheet etc.
- Assist the Draftsman to prepare the drawings for various stages of the project.
- Checking the PHE FF/MEP coordination drawings prepared by the draftsman.
- Coordination with internal MEP team & drafting team.
- Coordination with Architect, Structural consultant, client & PMC.
- Review & approval of technical submittals & shop drawings.
- Review and certification of Handing over documents and as built layouts.
Skills
- Must possess with 3-4 years of professional experience in PHE & FF system design.
- Should have flexible attitude, in an environment with frequently changing deadlines and can be relied on to meet deadlines.
- Should be committed to both their work and personal development, with a willingness to widen their experience and knowledge base.
- Must possess professional English language skills (written and verbal).
- Should be able to communicate clearly with team members.
- Should have knowledge of software’s such as AutoCAD.
- Should be able to work in a team and support, mentor and develop junior draftsman.
