Qualification
- 12 + with certification in AutoCAD, NCVT, ITI
- 4-5 years of professional experience in PHE & FF system design/drafting

We are building a center of excellence for the built
environment; a team of people passionate about environmental design, building
physics, data analytics, and sustainability. This role involves technical
assistance for HVAC design for all building typologies.
Job Description
- Preparation of HVAC layouts with various levels of detailing for different stages of the project.
- Preparation of AC Ventilation Duct sizing and layouts.
- Preparation of HVAC Equipment, Chiller, Pumps, AHU, FCU, VRF, Ventilations fans etc. layout and space planning, plant room drawings etc.
- Preparation of chilled water & VRF systems layouts & SLD.
- Preparation of HVAC builders work drawing.
- Generating all kinds of mechanical 2D and coordination with other MEP services.
- Generating sections/schedules/schematics in CAD.
- Experience in creating GFC Drawings and Coordinated MEP Drawings.
- Basic HVAC calculations for fresh air, exhaust & ventilation ACPH
- Preparation of Measurement Sheet of ducting, piping, valves, HVAC Equipment Summary.
- Report to the manager/engineer in charge and perform work task assigned.
- Guide other team members in preparation of Engineering deliverables
Skills
- Must possess with 4-5 years of professional experience in HVAC system design/drafting.
- Must possess the ability to develop complex drawings with minimal guidance from other senior staff.
- Should have flexible attitude, in an environment with frequently changing deadlines and can be relied on to meet deadlines.
- Should be committed to both their work and personal development, with a willingness to widen their experience and knowledge base.
- Must possess professional English language skills (written and verbal).
- Should be able to communicate clearly with team members.
- Should have knowledge of software’s such as AutoCAD.
- Should be able to work in a team and support, mentor and develop junior draftsman
